"Every space I've ever designed started with understanding how someone truly lives. That's exactly how I coach — beginning with how your mind actually works."

— Maika K., Mind Design ADHD

Coaching built from design thinking

Having grown up with the challenges of ADHD in my extended family, and watching people close to me struggle — not because they lacked effort or ability, but because the world simply wasn't designed for their kind of mind — is what brought me here. The more I researched ADHD and the profound impact it can have on people's lives, careers and sense of self, the more I knew I wanted to help.

By trade I'm an interior architect, and it's a profession I'm genuinely passionate about. I've spent my career designing homes and spaces where people can truly live and thrive. My belief has always been that good design works with the way people naturally live — not against it. The right space removes friction, creates flow, and makes everyday life feel easier.

That same thinking shapes everything I do as a coach. I'm not here to ask you to change the way your mind works. I'm here to help you design a life that works with it.

Mind Design ADHD grew from that connection. I've completed my ADHD coaching qualification and work exclusively with adults and professionals — bringing a bespoke approach to every session, and a genuine understanding of ADHD that goes far beyond the textbooks.
